We make it easy to get you the right plan by choosing for you so you don't have to overthink it. By simply filling out our request form, we'll have enough information to determine what plan works best for your lot. Upon selection you'll receive an email with the best option(s). If we don't have a plan that works for your lot, we'll create one that meets your requirements based on the information provided. Please note not all stock plans are displayed on this page.

Pricing
Our flat rate pricing is tier based so you never have to guess what you're going to pay. Our tiers are arranged by range of square footage and plan type. With our payment plan system, your payments will be split into 3 simple payments over the span of your project (50% deposit, 25% at permit submittal and 25% at permit approval.) Please note these payments do not include the application fees or cost of your permit.
